The convenience shop guy gave a truck first which has a puncture in front left tire and he already knows about this but still he booked that truck. After I go ask to replace the truck he don’t help me with that he ask to speak with customer care support and I changed it to another truck. He did this intentionally and have a rude behaviour.

SHIVDEEP SThe 10 feet trucks should have ramps on them. Even though you are moving a small amount , furniture is not easy to lift into the truck
