The staff at the counter were very helpful and efficient. However, the vehicle I rented was dirty, There were several items of trash in the cab and it was dirty. Could have used a good wipe down. The cargo area was filthy. I swept up a large amount of debris before I could use the cargo space. What is more concerning is the mechanical condition of the truck. There is a significant shudder from the front tires when applying the breaks. This truck needs repair.

Then When I got there, I wasn’t able to pay debit so I had to pull Money out of the atm which charged me for that and the guy working had no idea what he was doing, didn’t get my truck till 12:30 and I arrived for pick up at 11:45. Horrible experience.
