M DYour unfair fuel policy penalizes short-distance customers Your check-out process provides no precise or reliable way to know exactly how much gas to add after a very short trip. I only drove a total of 5 KM, yet your local dealer hit me with a $6 fuel charge.It is mathematically impossible for the truck to have consumed that much fuel over a 5 KM distance. I guess the analog fuel gauges are too imprecise for short trips, and using them to trigger automatic overcharges feels like a corporate trap to squeeze extra money out of low-mileage renters. Fix your policy for short trips. I should not be forced to guess how many drops of fuel to add just to avoid being ripped off at checkout
Kenneth AI had to switch to this location because the original location was at 477 Dundas St in London and the truck was surrounded by drug addicts. My 24 year old daughter was scared to get out of her vehicle. Please stop sending customers to that location.
