I was very happy with the very friendly and professional customer service I received and the condition of the truck I rented. It would be better for customers if the vehicles were provided with a full tank of fuel or give the customer the option of paying a reasonable mileage charge that included the cost of fuel, therefore eliminating the need for the customer to refuel the vehicle before returning it. In this arrangement the customer would have one of two choices: 1 - refuel the vehicle to the same level as shown on the tank gauge when first picked up 2 - pay a reasonable mileage rate that includes fuel, therefore the customer does not have to worry about refueling the vehicle before returning it
