There were many spiders all over the cab and I have over 15 bites on my back and shoulder which led to a very uncomfortable ride home. Things were left behind from prev(?) renter and I left more fuel in it than to start with. I also was not given the option to have the rec printed off...just emailed. We were on vacation and had no way of looking at the email to know that we only had 3 days to get home. We had a sick friend and it took longer than expected... I do not have wifi on my phone to click a link at the PU location so I could not do any of that stuff either. Not all people have advanced tech.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI made a reservation for my trailer about a week ahead and I was supposed to pick it up in Chillicothe Ohio. I received a phone call the day before and said I cannot pick it up there. They do not have a trailer for me. I had to drive an additional 20 minutes out of my way to pick up my trailer. I found out that they did not even place the order for the trailer at Chillicothe. And would not give me a discount to drive further to pick up my trailer at a different location.
EDWARD WFuel in vehicle was 5/8 tank. Paperwork said 3/4. I reported it and the gentleman said he would correct it. He seemed in a hurry to do other things. It was never corrected and caused an issue when I returned the truck with above 5/8 fuel level.
Aaron SThe tire straps were pretty frayed and the ratchets were rusted and hard to tighten. But the unit rode down the road very well
Matthew PI think there was a miscommunication about how mileage works. I estimated 50 miles but only drove 30. My assumption was the $.99 per mile would have been returned because had I had gone over that it would have been charged. Overall good experience though.
