I made a reservation for my trailer about a week ahead and I was supposed to pick it up in Chillicothe Ohio. I received a phone call the day before and said I cannot pick it up there. They do not have a trailer for me. I had to drive an additional 20 minutes out of my way to pick up my trailer. I found out that they did not even place the order for the trailer at Chillicothe. And would not give me a discount to drive further to pick up my trailer at a different location.

Fuel in vehicle was 5/8 tank. Paperwork said 3/4. I reported it and the gentleman said he would correct it. He seemed in a hurry to do other things. It was never corrected and caused an issue when I returned the truck with above 5/8 fuel level.

Matthew PI think there was a miscommunication about how mileage works. I estimated 50 miles but only drove 30. My assumption was the $.99 per mile would have been returned because had I had gone over that it would have been charged. Overall good experience though.
