While attempting to inspect the truck, there was a man on-site who did not appear to work for the location and had his dog behind the gate. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to leave before I could complete a proper inspection, even after explaining that the inspection was required. I was also charged the $30 fuel fee even though I received the truck with the fuel gauge on empty. Unfortunately, I did not mark this during the inspection process because I felt rushed at the time. Additionally, the truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made for an unpleasant experience. Due to these issues, I will not be picking up from this location again.
