bought the insurance to cover truck , come to find out i wasted my money , insurance doesn't cover theft . they were not clear on this . extremely disappointed
RICK LI returned the truck the following day but too late, so I was charged two days and two insurances and two taxes. U-Haul app uses your location to determine when you’re on-site, staff said it didn’t matter, but it does! A little expensive. My fault? Maybe so?
