There was no clear sign in the front of the building that indicated we had to return the truck at the back of the building, only found that out from a satellite image on google. There was also no sign of there the car key needed to be dropped off.
Jessica BProvide more information for truck return. Maintain truck mechanically. Truck ABS light and check engine light were on. Provide final invoice and receipt for charges.
John SThe truck was filthy. Had tortilla chips and food crumbs all inside the cab. The back of the truck had trash from the previous move. Very disappointing.

Murry WFor starters, when a customer doesn’t turn a truck in. You should make it a point to call the next customer. You made my moving experience terrible. And I am not happy with U-Haul. I won’t ever use you again. your staff is unprofessional and has no compassion.

EDWARD GThe location had a computer issue with the U haul internet site. Waited more than 30 minuets, they didn’t know when or if it would allow me to rent. After i left the store, I received a phone call to come back, that the U Haul site was working. I had to cancel my move help.

EDWARD GPick up was to be at 9am, U-Haul store opened late like it was no big deal and I had movers that I was paying waiting at my house. This is the second time I have had issues at this location. I should not have gone back. Last time the truck wasn’t even there and over an hour later I finally got the truck to use. Horrible. They walked in 37 minutes late today as if it was no big deal. Horrible service

thomas vDue to internet connectivity issues in the store, I had to go out into the street to download your Driver License recognition app. This was a pain in the neck to do and took way too long to complete. I recommend you help the store get a wiFi signal booster.

Dominique HI have rented many trucks before and this one needs maintenance. The driver's side door was very hard to close. I had to grab the handle with both hands and slam it closed to get it to actually close. The inside of the truck was wet and dirty. The back door was hard to open and hard to get to latch. The passenger side mirror was really hard to adjust, I think it needs some lubrication. Overall the truck drove fine but it was definitely not as nice as the trucks I have rented in the past.

ERIKA MIt was horrible. There was absolutely no indication of where to drop off or put the keys. I was told that I should have waited to turn in during business hours even though they are a 24 hour drop-off location. U-Haul representative blamed Postal Annex, and the Postal Annex blamed U-Hual. It was an AWFUL experience.
