Website not user friendly for remote checking via phone. Carrier van had dust and cigarette ash covering the dash. Previous renter left jacket in glovebox. Turned on ignition to a "change oil" light. Overall terrible experience and will not rent there again

The service was great, the girls were welcoming and friendly. The truck was perfect and was actually brand new. I have rented here 2 times before and already made my reservation for this coming Saturday.

The staff was unorganized and couldn't get the paperwork to print. The young lady who helped get the trailer was great however. I showed up at 6:38 to drop off the trailer before they closed at 7p (times I confirmed when I picked it up) and the shop was closed. I called another location and asked to drop the trailer there as I had no place to park it overnight. They eventually accommodated me. The next day I get several phone calls about late equipment and had to explain to at least 3 different callers the scenario... Now I have a survey :-) you're welcome!

I received a brand new cargo van with 52 miles on it, so it was expected to be clean! The ladies in the office were polite which is something you don't find much when dealing with other uhaul office workers.

People were pleasant. Truck was clean and easy to drive. Price per mile is set too high but that is a Uhaul issue, not this location's fault.

I made the reservation with a utility dolly, but it was on the reservation when I picked up the truck. it was no issue adding it, but I almost forgot an important tool. People are very friendly and helpful. I don't think customers know that this location rents U-hauls as there is a very small sign in the window and the trucks are parked behind the shopping center.

Rented a trailer and one of the tires was badly worn. I drove < 150 miles and it was toast, i.e., blew out. Employee at the rental shop said he had not inspected the tires (but should have). No real apology, just stated it should not have happened. But he let it happen and it cost me a full afternoon to have it repaired.

The people here were amazing and helped us when our reservation got lost. They were able to get us the truck we needed even with the lost reservation! With that being said.... The truck smelled like cigarettes and the trucks tire pressure was low, the oil life was also very low. Sad that the truck doesn't have cruise control and maxes out at 75mph when the speed limit went up to to 80mph. Its bad when you have semi trucks pass you. I know the speed cap isn't the locations fault but uhaul needs to know that the trucks at least need cruise control.
