U-Haul moved our pickup location from a 10 min walk to over 5 miles away. This location did not have (and had not in many months) the reserved Dollys and appliance hand truck. I had to BUY my own on moving day losing hours of time. This complaint is about U-Haul not this small business that rented the truck to me. The location staff were awesome.
