The gas situation was difficult. I thought I filled it appropriately but they still charged me $12 for 2 gallons of gas. I tried my best to get it to where the line said it should be. In NJ, you can't pump your own gas. I would recommend having it filled all the way to the top so it is easy to refill appropriately. I did not appreciate the surcharge when I tried my best to correctly fill it. For $12 you get 4 stars instead of 5. I hope it was worth it.

Michael TV&S was extremely helpful to me. I reserved a pickup truck and auto hauler at a different location almost 45 days prior to the date I needed it. Somehow U-Haul Corporate allowed my reservation to be over written and the pick up was not available when I needed it. I was told V&S "probably" would have a pick up when I needed it. I called them and they went out of their way to get right back to me the minute the truck came back to them which allowed me to get it and drive it to the original destination the night before I wanted to leave. This allowed for the original destination to connect to the auto transport. V&S was great! How my 45 day advanced reservation was over written is extremely disappointing.
