It was easy and quick to pick up and drop off. The van was clean. The lady was nice and helpful.

Get rid of the Trump stickers and memorabilia. And “Let’s go Brandon”? In 2025? Really? Grow up. You’re a child. The money with his face on him? That’s really sick. Can you imagine money with literally any other living person’s face on it?
ROBERT UI was in and out in under 5 minutes, charged exactly what I expected. to all the people complaining about their trump stickers, get over your woke selves. I'm sick of seeing virtue signalling trans flags and other left wing crap everywhere, but I don't give a low rating to an otherwise quality establishment because of it. sure, the people are here not saccharine or deferential. it's Queens. what did you expect? it was quick, easy, good neighrhood location.
Nathan RThis is a TERRIBLE location. No one was there to help me and I had movers waiting for 45 minutes for your representative to give me the keys. It took time out of my reservation AND I didn't have time to move all my things. Not to mention the representative threw the keys at me and was extremely rude when SHE arrived 45 minutes late. I would like a full refund. This was crazy. I will never be back to this location.
Haley LI’ve had great experiences with U-Haul in the past, but unfortunately, this was not one of them. While the equipment itself was in good condition and met my needs, the customer service at this location was severely lacking. From the moment I walked in, I encountered staff who were shockingly rude and dismissive. The associate at the desk would ask me a question, I would answer clearly, and she would simply stare past me or ignore me entirely—as if I hadn’t spoken at all. If I asked whether she heard me, she became visibly annoyed, as though I was the one being difficult for expecting basic communication. There was zero acknowledgment—no nod, no “okay,” not even eye contact. Basic courtesy, like listening and responding, shouldn’t be optional, especially in a customer-facing role. I’ve used U-Haul many times because of the reliable equipment and generally positive experiences elsewhere, but this visit left me questioning whether it’s worth coming back. After reading other reviews about this location, it seems this behavior isn’t an isolated incident but a consistent issue. I sincerely hope U-Haul takes feedback like this seriously because customers shouldn’t have to choose between reliable equipment and basic respect.
