Got called a “twat” by the UHaul worker because I was getting impatient while she stepped away for 5 minutes after I had voiced my concern three times that my truck did not have a license plate. My reservation ran over by 30 minutes because of this, and when I got my truck, it had dents and the fuel wasn’t full.

Joel GThe service from the staff member was absolutely horrible. She was rude, threatening, and shouting — truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It completely ruined the experience and makes me never want to come back. Aside from that, the car itself was in good condition and the rest of the equipment was fine. But unfortunately, her behavior completely overshadowed everything else.
