Bad customer service, a rude old lady working there! She needs to be trained to deal with clients! Every service starts with greetings not bad attitude or bad approach ! Political stickers all over the office! The place have to chose either they run or promote parties they’re affiliated with or renting cars!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHorrible customer service lady at the front was rude and wasn’t any help.
Ryan LThe lady at the reception lacks customer service. Car was dirty inside.
Glen FWow. Your app is unusable. A 24/7 customer support line is necessary and I could not access one. I will never use U-Haul again and will not recommend it to anyone.
