Lady in the front was very rude. Gave me attitude for no reason. Yelled at me for showing up 15 mins early. Told me to stand outside for the 15 mins while it was raining. When I came back in she looked at me and said “well I can’t do anything without an ID”, taken I haven’t said a single thing to her that would make it alright for her to give me attitude. And to top it all off I was charged twice once through the rude woman and when I retuned the U-Haul I was charged again the same amount. SCAM

The U-haul website was down when I wanted to pick up my van and had to wait an hour outside the store. The office had a few very strongly worded political notes and signs that was made the experience more uncomfortable. However, the van itself was great and rode smoothly.

Juan CI have never seen such an attitude in my life from a front desk employee. The older lady who was handling the paperwork had no manners at all. If they have cameras, they can review them and see how everything was handled. On top of that, the price they charged me was way too expensive. My recommendation is to go directly to the main U-Haul location because they will charge you triple the cost here.
Jeanette GI dropped off my uhaul on satturday it was due on on sunday they were closed and on monday they charged me 2 extra days.
