Drop off had lots of room to park trailer and truck. Handed keys to a guy at the front office. Received emails over a week later stating they just processed the return and again we were to be charged double for the extra days when we didn’t use any extra days. The app was down again so we couldn’t do an online processing. When I called the headquarters again, I was also told we would be reimbursed for the extra gas in the vehicle, and instead other problems have been dealt with but we have been completely ignored. Again when seeing the return paperwork, the location put 1/2 a tank of gas when it was 5/8. Just problems with the rentals from start to finish.
