There was nothing wrong with the vehicle itself. Whoever had it before left the inside, kind of messy. There were crumbs everywhere from food, and it looked like pop stains on the flooring and down the cupholder area. Other than that, the vehicle was perfect.

Nothing to improve, made my reservation and called ahead, got confirmation that everything is good to go! Arrived at location, trailer was good to go! Just Quick and easy handling of the paperwork, he gave me a hand to hook up the trailer, walked me through and off I went! Definitely coming back if I need another trailer
Manfred GThe dolly was not maintained, I had to purchase straps at my own expense to secure the vehicle as the trailer straps were damaged and destroyed. Safety cables rusted. Not a safe piece of equipment. This has nothing to do with this location the operator was helpful and friendly. I rented another dolly a week before from a Saskatoon location and same problem had to deflate one tire to get the worn strap over the tire. It's a system safety issue within Uhaul renting sub standard equipment.
