All was ready and check in was without hassles. When I casually mentioned that I had asked for pick-up at Castle Rock, WA but U-Haul changed that due to availability and I was concerned about this making me go over the included miles the wonderful lady made a call and got me 50 additional miles, THAT'S SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND! :)

MarJean RGive credit back due to the gas gage needle wasn't moving when I added fuel before returning, therefore I ended up putting in an 1/4 EXTRA costing me $10 more!! I intentionally left the vehicle (van) running to watch fuel gage which apparently wasn't working properly!! An extremely short distance that cost me more than I should have had to pay! Unhappy customer!
