We've been using your services for 3 years, same location, renting the same size truck every 3 months as well as personal needs and because your system was down they did not give us a truck and we had 65 people waiting to assemble product that we had no way to get there. The supervisor that they called, Brandon, just told them to wait for the system, completely useless! Can't tell you what a horrible experience it was, And how much trauma it cost. Also, there were 65 influential women there from the community, all of whom knew what happened because we had to call people in with their SUVs to get the product where it was supposed to be. Max and the other guy that were working there were wonderful, n But they were given no support, and no options. Please have someone contact me.
