Ralph VPeople working there need a lesson in customer service and how to be polite. Truck was clean but ran terribly, Used an awful lot of gas. I figured the truck was getting maybe 4 miles a to the gallon of gas. I have used U-Haul before and never had interactions with people. They are a poor examples of U-Haul.
