The rate is for point to point so there will probably always be overage on miles. The only way to make it in allotted miles was if you drove away from your destination to pick up the rental. I had to drive 20 miles to my storage locker then back to the hotel before continuing on to destination. Having two days was very nice and helpful.

Thank you for good service

There was only one worker in the equipment pickup area. As a first time renter, the process was confusing and more than once resulted in me standing around hoping to be helped eventually.

Great customer service, kind and efficient staff.

This is probably unrealistic, but a parking area would be great. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great people at this location!

although the car was clean, the smell is so bad, and the engine is too noisy.

I got charged for something that didn’t apply to me!

Staff helping outside with the vehicle itself were very friendly and helpful. However, the staff helping with counter checkin were extremely unfriendly. Add to that the lack of any on-site parking for a day rental, and I was somewhat disappointed. That said, the vehicle itself was great.

I was a little confused as to the after hours check in progress and the folks there were not able to clear my confusion.

Drop off process was terrible. No personnel on site. Other customers were confused and asking each other for assistance. Terrible system.

Really quick pickup and drop off. Truck was quite new, only 4K miles. Great experience.

Completely unorganized as soon as multiple customers came in. Didn’t drive out with my truck until 30 minutes past my rental time.

Well, the people were nice and this place did great up until I asked them about my next booking at a store close to my home. I needed a van instead of truck as well. This place while having a lot of vans never seemed to have one for me. When I went to the next place however I found that either the website of the place had dropped the ball and never got a vehicle ready for me. The other place (one reviewing) told me everything was good before I left there or I would have extended their truck and not spent 45 minutes on hold with U-Haul customer support while an Uber brought me home sans truck.

Just rude and not checking to see what was actually rented.

Making clear the late return policy. I was pleased with how it ended up for me, but would have appreciated knowing what the policy was before hand.

Truck had graffiti on it. I picked it up and was told it had 3/8 of a tank, when it in fact had 1/4 of a tank, so I had to ask for the contract to be updated. I hate when Uhaul does these tricky gas tank amounts, knowing how tough it is to return it at the exact same amount. Please just fill up the tank and ask for it to be returned with a full tank, that would make things so much easier.
