micheal l | First ImpressionsAll though my experience was fairly good, this storage unit had elevator problems all the time. The elevator is always broken which means when I needed to move things in or out I have to climb 3 flights of stairs.
JAMES W | Overall ExperienceMaria Cash is a terrible manager. She is a liar and she try’s to intimidate you with false threats of your belongings. She gives out false information in hopes you will not do your research & catches an attitude when you find out that she made up the information to get you to stop asking questions. The elevator has been out for almost 2 years now with no date on repairs in site . This is an inconvenience giving the fact that my storage is on the 5th floor . This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit . I would absolutely not recommend this U-Haul location. It is not worth the headache that you will encounter when dealing with the management Maria cash . All of the other staff seem to be nice but I can tell even the staff do not like her ways but they need employment and have to deal with her . I give this location a 1 star and Maria cash a 0 . I hope you guys take in consideration of the people you have running your business cause Maria cash is a sad excuse for a manager.

ALI M | Overall ExperienceMany issues with physically accessing my unit due to the elevator constantly being down and, doors that were built on top of my initial unit doors. I had to break my couch to get it out of my unit because the doors they put on were smaller than when i moved it so the couch would not come out. Luckily i was throwing it out anyway. When i first rented the unit, the door was not properly aligned with the lock. I was told to lift the door with one hand and place the lock on and secure it with another. The man working at the time pinched my arm and told me to work out. I had so many issues with renting here and it felt pretty impossible to get a hold of anyone here. I would not recommend renting here and i am very glad that i was finally able to move out.
TIANA B | Overall ExperienceEverything was perfect until, I came back to my storage/locker later at night (around 8pm) during “access hours” but I couldn’t get to my storage/locker. With nothing posted about it I had too leave, without being able to move my things into my storage/locker.
Marco S | First ImpressionsI usually don’t do surveys but the customer service at this location was terrible. Very rude manager. The elevator at the facility hasn’t worked in a year. I had to carry my belongings up floor flights of stairs when I initially stored them. I had to carry them down when I left. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating. To top it off, the price of my unit increased while I was there. I will never use them again and would not recommend anyone else to.
Steven F | Overall ExperienceI’d like to give 5 start, cause the workers are greats persons and super nice service . The only problem for the storage is of 5 floors but not elevator working and they gave us the floor 5 , very hard hope they may available the elevator soon …
nicolas m | First ImpressionsThere was a small communication issue when I moved out, but overall I had a decent experience. Los Angeles had a very wet winter (rain) last year and the roof to the building had a leak. The leak went onto my belongings (and other unit’s belongings on the 7th floor) and stained a $500 white sofa that I had in storage that I could no longer use. I would not recommend that anyone rent a unit on the 7th Floor because repairs to the roof may not have been completed from last winter.
KEVIN M | Overall ExperienceThe elevator has been broken for several months. My unit was on the 5th floor, and I was never notified about the broken elevator. I had to spend 8 hours moving a 10x10 unit full of heavy boxes down 5 flights of stairs. I have a knee injury so this was extremely painful. It's been 2 days since the ordeal and I'm unable to walk properly. It's likely that this aggravated my injury. I'll need to return to the hospital for examination. Also, my unit was completely fenced in. They cut a small hole in the fence with bolt cutters, and I had to crawl in and out with my boxes. The woman at the facility was condescending and hostile, as if I was the one inconveniencing her. This experience was appalling.

lizet b | First ImpressionsWorst experience with a uhaul facility EVER. The staff do not help you and are extremely rude. The hours they state you may access your unit are incorrect. 3times I went to access my unit and 3 times I was met with a locked facility. Even after verification of their hours with Maria Cash who is the manager…. Facility was locked. She is the worst manager EVER. I work in hospitality and this woman has ZERO skills when it comes to dealing with people…. I’m amazed they let this woman operate a facility. Her management skills truly shine in every employee. They are all rude, useless and have not a single care for the business they are employed for.

Zechariah M | First ImpressionsUnusually my pad lock was stolen.. how no one knows as there is no camera view on the row where my unit was located.. i know because i saw the monitor inside the office .. luckily nothing was stolen and the staff was fast on applying a loaner lock .. nonetheless i had to purchase another pad lock even though it was not anyone’s fault that somehow it was opened ..surprised and confused.. i do take some accountability in that i had forgotten to punch in and punch out.
PAUL O | Overall ExperienceI came to the location at 9:15 to load my storage unit. My storage unit was in the area past the automatic sliding doors and those doors were LOCKED. I had spent money on a uhaul van to move the items. I was unable to move into my unit even though the facility is SUPPOSED to be open till 10pm. There was no one there at the facility to help.

I had no idea in advance I had to pay someone to carry the items I brought upstairs SIX FLOORS I also had to go up and down the stairs several times to resolve issues unrelated to my payment. I spent 800 not knowing other renters have refused to pay. I paid in good faith believing the services I was paying for were still intact. The elevator situation is unacceptable and. U-Haul should consider closing this location or keep the facilities in order.

When moving out I was told that the doors weren’t changed in which I had to wait because the new frame was smaller than the original so I wasn’t able to even open my unit. So I had to postpone my move out date. Also, the elevator has been down for months and my unit was on the 3rd floor. The staff was nice
