The staff seemed bothered that I was there to rent a truck that I had a reservation for. And they weren't wearing masks until I approached the counter. I filled the truck with gas and was still charged for gas. I have photos of the dash and my fuel receipt but was still charged

Well since I rented a truck , u-haul has charge my card twice on 11/3/20 for the amount of $53.20 then again on 11/4/20 $62.96 someone need to correct that.

I was given a U-Haul van that was not already 3/4 of a tank filled with gas. My phone had died as I try to take a photograph of it so instead of leaving the parking lot, I decided to go into the building and informed them that the car was missing gas. Once inside instead of updating the rental sheet or offering me a new U-Haul van they told me it was not a problem and that I only needed to fill what i used. (Which was less than a quarter tank of gas.) When I brought the van back and filled up the tank to almost 3/4, because I had accidentally purchased too much to refill it. I brought the van back and was then told that I was going to be charged an additional $25 for gas because the van was not filled all the way to the three-quarter mark. Then after trying to tell both the manager and the man inspecting the vehicle the same situation over again I was given a lecture By the man inspecting the van about how the manager was going to yell at him for not properly inspecting the vehicle, because the van was not filled all of the way. Not to mention as I first walked into the building to even purchase the van how casual the two employees were one being on his phone the other one clearly on a phone call because she told the person that she was going to help a customer. So if you guys would really ask me if I would refer this location to anyone? The answer is absolutely not. What I would in fact recommend however is a training course in customer service.
Please have more staff on the weekends. There was one poor lady who was doing her best but there were multiple problems and it took 1 hour for me to get keys to my van, even though I had checked in online. Also, I was charged for furniture pads but never received them and now I have the hassle of getting that charge removed. Thank you! Elaine
The back of the uhaul storage compartment was dirty and smelled bad , in all honestly I believe someone slept inside the uhaul overnight in their parking lot . I would make sure the uhaul is inspected and clean for each customer.
This morning we rented a 10 feet truck. When we arrived to our destination we noticed that the two front wheels were almost flat. we immediately went to a gas station an filled air to the tires. On the way back we had to stop and put air to the tires, because they were loosing air. When we arrived back to U-Haul, we asked the manager to give us a discount for our trouble. The Manager flatly refused. This is not right. It is not our fault that we received a truck with almost flat tires.
I went in person to this location yesterday afternoon to reserve a cargo van for yesterday evening at that same location. The reason for that location because that was where my storage was at as well. When I arrived yesterday evening, the sale lady who I reserved the van with yesterday afternoon tried to have me reserved at a totally different location and she tried to act like she didn't remember who I was as well. Her shirt said owner on it. And trust me, she didn't make a mistake or anything like that. I kept wondering why I kept getting calls from the other location she reserved my van at. This lady who claimed to be the owner of this facility had plenty of van, too.

The AC on this truck was not working and it was really bad taking a trip to LA without AC When I got to California to Los Angeles I told them that the AC was not working but they didn't seem to care.
The Arapahoe location is quite nice. The customer service person there by the name of Devon is super professional. Very friendly and courteous. He made my experience there pleasant, so I will be going back to that Uhaul location. I give Devon âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
The lady that helped me out, to the guy that brought my vehicle to me deserve a well deserved praise. First, the lady at the desk was multitasking, phones ringing, customer service recovery, getting me a van. Finally, the guy who brought the van out made sure I was good to go and when I got back he made me feel welcome. I would definitely come back to this location. I was there on Sunday, October 11, 2020.

I scheduled an 8 AM self pick up. The truck I had reserved was blocked in and I had to wait until they opened at 9. The location gave me an extra hour no charge but that was all for holding me up for about an hour and a half.
Not good communication between the staff and I. They made me pay for things I wasnt informed about as well. Things could have gone smoother
