What location? I expressed checked in as recommended and then got links to the confirmation but no pick up location. Probably one of the worst online services. Thankfully the Hispanic lady at one of the random locations was able to help. I suggest you don’t waste people’s time with bad programming and system ops. As you do schedule us to use these vehicle under a certain time frame. I suggest your company to get fix this, because you’re now messing with people’s time and money. Something no one can afford in this current economy. Good day

When we arrived to this location the restroom was out of order. They didn’t accept our equipment saying that they’re full. They blamed on my daughter saying that she new about the places being full and she is a young person that didn’t even communicate with them before getting to that place. Unfriendly and not cooperative people there.

The supplies were not on the truck when I got to LA. And I think there was a governor on the speed at 75. This was a brand new truck. The speed in Utah is 80. And the building is not well marked from the backside. It was pouring rain and I had to move it. And I still think my gas was correct

The Office Associate needs to be polite and respectful, and greet the customer when coming in and giving the proper change. As well as thanking the customer when they leave. The Associates in the yard did a good job.

Extremely small parking lot, very difficult to remove truck safely, or even find one that wasn't blocked in. After return, attendent called and threatened to charge my credit card for unlocking the door??? Contract/App instructions said to secure truck in parking lot did not mention keys or drop box. Will be watching credit card statement and will ask for chargeback if I see any unauthorized charges from uhaul.

I made an appointment with cargo van but gave me a totally different van and didn’t notify me. Employees there are very rude especially guy name Vince Rubio. I wouldn’t want to go back here. Worst customer service ever!!

The customer service was simply horrible. I did the mobile check in - located the vehicle, took photos of myself and my DL as well as the vehicle. Upon check in completion, I was told to go inside to get the keys. I walked in, was greeted, and was immediately told that the 15-foot truck that I had reserved, and just immediately completed check in for, was unavailable. We couldn't believe our ears and even informed the site manager that we found the truck that was assigned to us. Site manager simply stated that I had reserved a 10-foot truck. When I showed her my reservation confirmation email, she looked around the computer and just said there were two reservations with same last name. I understand that things like this happen all the time and I eventually got the truck I needed. But the initial response of telling me that u can't get the truck that I just checked in for without saying sorry or any kind of apologize and telling me that I am wrong without even checking the system is just simply bad service. No, it is below bad service; it is purely a stupid action that is thoughtless that shouldn't happen to an adult working in a service industry. I don't know this individual personally and maybe she is a good person, but she is not a pleasant person to deal with, especially not as the face in a service oriented industry. Besides that horrible interaction of 2 minutes, I was satisfied by my experience with uhaul. But because of those 2 minutes, I will not likely return to uhaul and I've already posted negative reviews of the individual and uhaul on 3 different social media. This individual needs to be terminated.

Handicap spot had a machine or device of some kind parked half way on it talked to the clerk about it said to park on the street had to walk to blocks to pick up the van and after again with my girlfriend who has a really bad leg they dont know if its cancer or what really bad experience we took pictures wish i could share them ..
