I was recently over charged by an employee here at this location and when trying to resolve the issue I was faced with a lot of difficulty from both the employees and the manager Yolanda Martinez. There seems to be a massive amount of incompetency and severe lack of customer service at this location, the employees told me one thing and the manger hours later told me the opposite, making it really difficult to resolve the issue. This was highly inconvenient, time consuming, and frustrating...and in the end they just decided to charge me for the full amount anyways without my cencent. This makes me feel like I was intentionally over charged by U-Haul assuming I’d over look it and making this the poorest experience I’ve ever had With any moving company. I’ll be sure to continuously use and recommend their competitors from this point on.

Get a new person to help customers. The person who "helped" me didn't really help. When I asked her to go over the instructions for loading my car onto the tow dolly, she told me, "I can't touch your car." I didn't ask her to touch my car. I asked for help and instructions on how to use UHaul equipment. Terrible experience. Also found roached in the UHaul truck I got. I sprayed it down with raid so the next person doesn't have to suffer. Terrible experience over all.

I made an appointment over the phone for 1:30 and when I get there the guy tells me my appointment isn't until 2:00 and my car isn't back yet. I was annoyed but decided I'll just pay extra for the bigger car on the lot. I drive 30 minutes to my destination and notice there is a padlock on the back door to the truck. I wasn't given any key to open it. I get on the phone to figure out what's going and she tells me to get it off myself. It takes me 30 minutes to find someone with a hacksaw and then I work on the lock for 30 minutes. Worst U-Haul experience ever. Then they only refund my for the truck but not for the miles I spent driving. I still had to be $50 plus $15 for gas. Terrible service.

Make the live confirmation faster. I waited 40 minutes just to let them tell me the code for the key. I was late to pick up my things and almost lost my deal.

The rep who showed me the vehicle was not up front about the damage inspection process. She barely rose the back door, said “that’s the interior, and when I returned the vehicle, she opened the bad door and cited a particular damage site that was two drill holes that clearly marked a previous rapair, which she then tried to claim I damaged the vehicle. This situation seemed premeditated and contrived, to which makes me think they do this a lot at this location. It’s bad for business and was very noticeable!

I don't know his name, but the guy working at this location was super friendly and hilarious. He helped me in a timely manner, so the process wasn't very long. He also let my mom and I wait in the truck while our ride comes to pick us up. It was a great experience!

I had the worst experience at Uhaul today. I would appreciate a call from the corporate office. The self service app was not working and the people in the office were not friendly. I was offended when the live person through the app could not identify me.

I've used Uhaul several times and this was by far my worst experience. I arrived at the site and one employee took 25 minutes to finish checking in the customer in front of me, meanwhile another employee sat behind the desk going through some papers and never offered to help us. Once I was helped, they informed me I should just do the paperwork for my van at that time and when i returned they would have the pods ready and would do the paperwork for those. When I returned hours later, I once again had to wait 20+ minutes to be helped, just to find that they still hadn't bothered to get my pods ready. In all, I spent over an hour that day just waiting to be helped. I normally love using uhaul but this experience was absolutely infuriating.

I would suggest that your associate, Yesenia receive better customer service training. She clearly doesn't like her job and made me regret doing business there today. She threatened to charge for the next person's reservation to "Frenso" if I wasn't back with the truck I rented in exactly 2 hrs. Not only did she speak to me like a child, she showed me that my business wasn't valued there. I've used Uhaul in the past and I've never had a bad experience before this reservation or been treated this way. She's very unprofessional and I really hope someone addresses her behavior before Uhaul loses another customer. Thank you for your time.

The young woman who assisted me when returning the truck had zero customer service and looked like she hated her job. She also left a message before me dropping off the vehicle and she couldn’t pronounce even basic words. The recording sounded horrible...hire people that can speak properly and care about customer service.
