don’t confirm a pick-up that is outside of the location’s business hours. this was a terrible experience, especially during an already stressful situation. I was also charged around $30 more for a late drop off, even after being delayed 2 hours because of the unprepared order from the beginning.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no office. We parked the truck on the street in front of the office and left the key under the driver's seat as instructed via a phone call to U-Haul.
CORLISS DI changed my reservation from pick up to 11:30 am and to rtn Tuesday same time took forever to get keys. I got the truck and i doe ted it. Nasty and dusting i side out. Couldn’t even see out the window . I was 10 mins late and was charged a whole full day. Poor service at that location all around. I have to drive around the block 3 times so I could park the truck on the street. That’s why i was late.
