How U-Haul Reviews WorkHold my reservation definitely. I had to go to 3 different locations wasting gas. They had an e alert that was preventing me from renting. All over $9 from my previous rental. I went over 9 miles on my last trip. It should give you the option to pay right on the spot instead of going through all of the hassle. UHAUL really needs to fix this issue.
James HI was given the wrong pick up address by U-Haul. Was not called prior to pickup to confirm the reservation nor did I receive and email. Went to the wrong location and had to take an uber to get to the new location 20 minutes away.
