Difficult to find with no large signs indicating a uhaul site. No one was at the location when I arrived. The second personnel showed up as I was taking photos and was rude and yelled because of where I parked. I was just about to move the truck and trailer along the fence line as the first kind personnel requested. There are no signs stating where to park the returns and no one was there at 1 pm.

The office was not open at 9:30 a.m. as we were told. The phone number listed in the app was also not the correct phone number. We waited for approximately a half-hour past the open time. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the location. If there is a way to update clients regarding delayed opening through the app that would be great.

Raquel BNobody was there and it was a bit unclear where to leave the trailer but I took plenty of photos of proof and filled out the drop off photos and inquiry via the U-Haul instructions so it worked out fine.
