The location/office was dirty & cluttered.. they also did not have the dolly I reserved.. I had to drive 10 miles out of my way to get the dolly I reserved & paid for.. more mileage, more gas, more money..
Leslie CThis wasn’t even technically the location I was supposed to pick up at. The place I was supposed to get it from the guy wasn’t even there. I called uhual a million times they kept saying I had to drive 50 minutes one way to get the only car hauler around. Finally a lady on the phone reached out to the manager of this location. He took time out of his day a location to come help me hook up and take the trailer I actually rented. Saved me a lot of time and saved uhaul a very nasty phone call and review. I might only go to this guys location from now on.
Dakota WVery unclear where we were to drop off the rental, no place seemed secure.
Brenda KI arrived during business hours, but the door was locked with a keypad to enter. I didn't feel right about just leaving the truck, especially since i didn't know where I should leave it, but that's what I ended up doing. Right as I was getting into my other vehicle, a guy did come out, and said he'd take care of the rental.
