The night before I was to pick up the truck I rented, I received a call telling me my pick up spot had changed. Instead of picking up the truck in Prospect, I had to drive to a further spot on Westport Rd. We had to drive back to Prospect to pick up my furniture to take to the dump in downtown Louisville. We returned the truck to Westport Rd but no one was there. When I received my bill on my credit card, I was charged $70 for going over the mileage! When I went to the Prospect UHaul Rental to complain, I was informed that this is what they did to everyone. I would never use U-Haul again.

Jesus RNigel (service rep) was great! He was friendly and professional. Took time to make sure we were comfortable with the 26’ truck, much larger than the 15’ we reserved. He was very apologetic for not having the 15’ truck.
