I didn't get my whole refund back.They only refunded me 8.54$ but I suppose to get 58.54$

The store where I picked the truck up from was awesome. Uhaul customer service needs work. I made reservations for 1 store was sent to another store, get to that store and they are closed so now I sent to the 3rd location.

JAELYN SThe facility office was closed upon arrival at 845a despite being advertised as open. The facility operator seemed agitated with three customers waiting upon his arrival. The store was very large but extremely dark, cluttered, and housed many items unnecessary to the business. The store lot was very small and had not place for equipment return. The store helper appeared to be a transient man that was in clean, unshaven, long haired, wearing heavily soiled clothes. It was very uncomfortable to get into the business parking lot- once we got in to the store we were concerned something was going to come out of the clutter. And the interaction between the store operator, store helper and customers made the entire experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this location.
