Rent I rented a hand truck and it wasn't there for pickup, which caused me a lot of trouble. Then they didn't provide any documentation or a contract for mileage and fuel. I have photos! When I returned it, they charged me almost more. I've already spent what I left on gas at the level I receive, in short, I lost money. Nobody is responding to the email I sent with proof.

yunieski mKnow when a client is scheduled and be there when they arrive .i waited 30 mins before the manager showed up put me in a timer crunch as i had men waiting to move my belongings i paid therm by the hour. The truck had 6 inches of snow on it and no one offered to assist me before i drove off barely felt safe. Aldo there was no equipment check for any current damage . The gas tank was just under a half a tank i was a lil disappointed……used U-Haul many times in my life this wasn’t my best experience…

Fount EI would not recommend u haul to my worse enemy. It took over an hour and three phone calls to finally get my reservation and the key to the truck. I think it is rude that y'all ask for so many references. It real wild. The customer service was great when I called in but the online part and the hopps u have to jump thru is a shit show.
