The app is not very easy to use. Could not upload any pictures and had to snap pictures of what I could in app to be ABLE TO RETURN TRUCK. I WAS ALSO SCHEDULED FOR PICK UPS AND DROP OFF NO WHERE NEAR MY DELIVERY DESTINATION. HAD TO KEEP CHATTING BUT THAT GOT CONFUSING TO. SCHEDULING PERSON WAS SHORT TEMPERED AS WELL. OVERALL WOULD BE EASIER TO NOT USE APP AND HAVE ACTUAL PEOPLE TO TALK TO.

I had the worse experience ever with this rental. Yes Scott made it better but to have your reservation changed without your acknowledgment and then charging me the $30 fee for insurance protection. The truck was horrible and was so loud on top of the headlight was barely working. It definitely made my move that much more stressful when we were having to make more trips than needed. Thank you Scott for taking care of the issue and trying to make things better.
