My only concern was no pin was available to place in the tongue of the car carrier. I brought my own that I have for a bicycle carrier & prevents theft, as well as safety.
Holly RWhile I liked this location and the customer service it was an extra 30 minute drive over my requested location. I was told the evening before my rental that my requested location wouldn’t be available due to no trailers. I thought this was why I put in a reservation a week prior.

laurdell cThe one thing you can do to improve is to never have me as a customer ever again and i will make sure that happens. What should have happen was some kind of credit and an apology or maybe just a little "Sorry about that SIr, all i got was "Here's your bill". I can put up with a lot of BS but the moment you bold face lie to me, i am done. Your representative LIED straight to my face. No point in contacting me for anything, hope the best yall. It really sucks to have to fill out one of these things and say negative stuff from one end to the other but some times you have to do the right thing, even if it's negative. To bad your review didn't have a rating lower then Poor, I would have chosen it, so i give the whole experience a -0. Thank you and have a nice day.
