Side markers were out on trailer. Left brake light didn’t work. Didn’t know anyone of this will I drove hours away. When I showed up to rent it. No one could help me cuz everyone took lunch at the same time. Was told to return in at 8 am Monday. Place didn’t open till 9 am. No one showed up till 9:05-9:10. If I wasn’t in a pinch I wouldn’t use them again.
Matthew HThe red-haired fellow at this location was great. Really helped out a lot. Uhaul stores could stock the hitch pin locks that are different from any other lock, at the store where you get the rental, I had to go find my own at Tractor Supply, which was an inconvenience.
