Staff at Brown's RV are always there to help. In and out in minutes rather than hours. Equipment had no issues, all lights working and tires were inspected for safety (good tread depth). Would not be afraid to go long distances.

Figure a way if the customer returns a vehicle with more gas in it than was required at turn in they can be compensated for that amount.

Make sure equipment is inspected !!! I had to assist in fixing trailer lights for over 2 hours so i could use the equipment ? Upon arriving home i decided to check tire pressure , driver side both at 65 PSI, passenger side one at 25 PSI and at 40 PSI this is completely unacceptable. The 2nd trailer they offered the fender was falling off !
