Best customer service we've experienced with a u-haul outlet. I would absolutely refer them to any of our friends and family!

Clean interior a little better. Found half smoked ciggarette on the floor board on driver side when we got in the vehicle. Smelled pretty gross.

make sure that what was rented is ready to go. My truck rental went very bad. at the last minute I was advised that the 26 ft truck was not available and that put me into a tail spin trying to find a truck size that would fit my needs. I did locate a truck on my own searching. U-haul could not find a truck on line . Their online system was not updated to reflect what was available I am glad I took charge and did a search to find a truck

They said everything was checked and ok but a light was out on the trailer and half the tie down wood in the trailer was broken or missing

Once again, while traveling we were asked to change the drop off location to Ukiah (2 hours out of the way). We opted to stay with our original agreement which was to drop the vehicle in Kelseyville, CA but the vendor refused to take it. We ended up taking it to Clear Lake, CA where confusion ensued because the trailer was registered to someone else. The agent finally kept the trailer.
