Truck was not ready in time for my 8am appointment and I didn't get in my truck until after 9am, which set us behind for the day.

TOM REverything was fine with the car transport trailer. However during the orientation they didn’t tell us how to lower the trailer’s fender. We were not aware this was possible. As a result, we couldn’t open the driver’s door once the car was on the trailer. We had to climb in and out of the driver’s window, and had no way of closing the window during transport. Please advise future customers of the fender operation.
