The person there was sarcastic and never offered to help in any way. He just wanted to sit at desk and instruct me to go hookup trailer and bring it back to him. He also tried to add an additional charge which I declined when reserving equipment. When I called him on it he tried to say something about in NC law, which I cut him off and told him I had rented 100's before and that was not true. The trailer was full of moving blankets that I did not want or need and asked him to remove them, he acted like I was bothering him and was hesitant to remove. When returned he sat at desk and told me to drop it off. I asked if he needed to inspect it first and he said Later, never before have I returned to other locations was the item not inspected before leaving. These people need to stick to running low-rate motels and let more customer friendly businesses handle U-Haul.

Uhaul at/near hotel. No signage at hotel to indicate if it is associated with uhaul. Just a uhaul sign or placard so a customer knows the hotel is the place to do paperwork would be nice.
Ken CThe UHaul representative was very professional and provided answers to all questions that I had. The pick-up and return were pretty seamless. The location is centrally located to the city that I am a residence. Very happy that all UHaul services will be relocated to 3510 Capuano Street.
