They did it have the blankets for us and I had to travel to another U-Haul retailer to get them. Keeping blankets in stock when you are renting out trucks for a one-way rental should be part of the general package. Drop off location overall location was excellent
DORRIANN AWe went to several locations in Fayetteville and none of them had any auto transports. We had to go to Lumberton anyway, so I looked and this was the only location to have some available. We were in and out with the rental within 15mins. Great service!

TONYA ARenting U- haul was an okay experience however I'd never recommend Jones Auto Sales in Lumberton NC as a good place of business. I know the owner. He is racist. However, his business has increased in the Spanish sector/community by hiring two Spanish females ,sales personal/ employees that are pleasant dealing with customers.
