I left my vehicle at the site and was safe, no problems, Customer service was excellent. All questions answered, easy process for paperwork and dropping off vehicle. As a female it was very easy, no complications or struggles everything understandable about what to do, how to do, etc. Great experience and will come back if ever needing trucks
