Problem came up with my son's driver's license number having been used previously by a woman in Houston and/or New Jersey. None of the information matched and it was obviously not him. Someone rented a truck with his info on your online reservation system. No way to check if info.was.legit, just let them take a truck, apparently owing thousands of dollars. While this should have been a UHaul problem, you put it off on my son. He happened to be stationed in Guam at the time of this mess. He now has that to deal with and no help from UHaul, even though the facts are OBVIOUS! Tabitha, at Cove Point was awesome! She let me rent the UHaul with my ID and gave us information on rectifying the situation with UHaul. He still has not idea if he should report it in Houston or New Jersey.
