The staff was friendly and the equipment was ready and clean. Did not have any of the blankets I reserved on hand.

LAWRENCE CVERY pleased with staff's friendliness and ability to quickly rent the vehicle. The only improvement I can think of would be to make the details of the vehicle clearer - print was very small. Maybe a walkout to the vehicle to point out/verify the mileage and show where the tow/haul button is (took me a while to notice it was on (while driving) so I could turn it off while not needed.
