How U-Haul Reviews WorkGosh, I was just TOTALLY SURPRISED by their customer service! It was like the olden days where people care about your time, your safety, and their product. I was grinning from ear-to-ear right off the bat when Ryan charged out with purpose and handled our order with friendly, professional attention. Then the owner even came out, located and fixed a bent wiring prong that was causing light malfunction... without asking for praise or compensation. Just lovely. I think I'd drive out of my way to go here again and highly recommend them to others!

rick hI set up pickup and drop off locations for a uhaul rental on the uhaul website. Days later, I received a call saying the size truck I ordered isnt even available at the pickup location I chose. Then, once I was eventualy able to change the pickup location, I got a message saying my drop off location was also changed. It was changed without my input to a location that was very far from my original drop off location. Also, the uhaul site I was suppsed to pick up my rental from, closed early so I had to navigate uhauls broken website to pick up the truck. The website barely works and doesnt save any of the choices you make. The only upside was that the people in charge of customer service were very kind and helpful.
Brent JI appreciated the assistance and customer service.
