No fault of this location but at the last minute the uhaul team changed my location to here. This added an hour of driving on a day that I already had to drive the trailer 2.5 hours in the other direction. The phone staff was friendly but unhelpful. They could not get me a closer trailer, drive it to me closer to the agreed upon spot, or offer a discount for the inconvenience and gas I spent picking up from the new location. Wish I could have found a different option with another company but with only 12 hours heads up I couldn’t. I definitely will next time though.
