The app has issues using the camera during the return process if using a non-chrome browser it's quite the hassle, recommending to users the use of chrome would save them some frustration

Your agent was dishonest in charging me an extra $20 fee for an “after hours†return. As I had told him, I returned the vehicle at 12:15 pm and I spoke to him on his cell phone from his remote location—he said to leave the keys and contract in the drop box and he's compete the transaction. The location is supposed to be open until 4 pm and he made no mention of taking “a day off†when I told him I would be returning the vehicle. I have encouraged VISA to dispute his extra charge. This individual is not trustworthy so customers must beware.
