She made it very easy to pick up the truck. The vehicle did not have much gas in it so I had to put some gas in which was not a big deal.

Nikki LOnly doing the 4 stars only because the temp person didn't know how to do what we needed BUT we have used this spot many times. They've always been great. Just a little hiccup this time. Will use again.
PAUL HThe location itself was great but I wasn't provided with a phone number to contact them. I wasn't given any drop off instructions by Uhaul. And the drop box for keys was not close to where the trucks were parked making it difficult to find. The idiot on the phone when I called for help was no help at all and tried giving me directions for returning the truck at the pickup location.
