I wasn’t happy that my pickup location was changed without my consent which put me 30 miles outside of our move location and threw off our schedule tremendously. There was no note of this on our account so I had to explain to the guys at dropoff that I went 30 miles over the limit because U-Haul changed my location to a different city. So unprofessional. I even requested they choose another location in Huntsville, no response.

LaTisha SExcellent people at the Balch Road Shell. However, the truck was a rattle trap. The truck rattled above 50 miles per hour. The cab also leaked when it rained. The truck got horrible mileage. It averaged less than 8 miles per gallon.
John UWe had a great U-Haul experience renting a 26' truck through the owners of the gas station/convenience store located at 718 Gillespie Road in Madison Alabama. I highly recommend that if anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul truck in the Madison, Alabama area, they call the folks at 718 Gillespie Road and give them a chance to earn your business.
