It's odd that you pick up equipment from a gas station, but the guy who helped us was nice and everything was in order.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was wonderful inside and outside
Katina WI wasn’t happy that my pickup location was changed without my consent which put me 30 miles outside of our move location and threw off our schedule tremendously. There was no note of this on our account so I had to explain to the guys at dropoff that I went 30 miles over the limit because U-Haul changed my location to a different city. So unprofessional. I even requested they choose another location in Huntsville, no response.
Kimberly CLocation was difficult to find because there was no signage.
ROGER GThey were very professional and helpful. Definitely will be using there services again
