I called the location to reserve the truck for 24 hours and when I arrived to get the truck it was only for 18 hours since they had another rental.. poor planning. The truck tires were low and the rental office wanted me to go and fill it with air. I had to wait while they went to add air. The truck still had warning low tire pressure message during my rental. I had to stop during my rental to add air. I told the rental office and they didn't seem to care about it. I give Pack Ship N More an F.

I was charged 50.00 from Motor USA uhail on Passaic Ave Chatham. They cancelled my van. Said I didn’t return their call to confirm. No voicemail left. My phone didn’t ring. So they cancelled. Then I was directed to pack & ship Madison nj. That experience was better. Why was 50.00 charged from motor USA. I didn’t use them. This was a horrible experience with them. I better be getting my 50.00 returned.

JUAN TThe place is embedded in a copy store is in a strip mall. It was very hard to locate it, and Google maps takes you to the wrong location.
