Did the self return got the reciept walked the keys into the facility and told everything was taken care of. Then recieved multiple notifications/calls the following day looking for the vehicle that was returned the day before. Had to make multiple phone calls to finally get the error resolved.

MARK LThe truck was filthy the steering wheel And floor was sticky as something was spilled in it yes I kept the truck to an extra day but the rental was not on E so there’s no way that I was charged 89 for gas and then a 30 fee I will be disputing tha charge
TANESHA JOrdered with a hand truck and dolly cart as an add on. Was notified at pickup that they did not have any available. Did not even get a refund for the add ons
Matthew MVan was plowed in and the snow was not cleaned off when I picked it up (it had stopped snowing about 8 hours before I picked up the van). I returned the van around 2:30PM (checked it our around 3:30PM the day prior), but my receipt stated that I dropped it off at 4pm, so they charged me for an extra day. They also claimed that I returned the van with less gas than I took it out with and charged me a fuel fee plus gas. I called the location and they said they would send me a picture of the gas gauge. I waited two business days without hearing back, so I called U-Haul HQ. U-Haul HQ was very helpful. They refunded me all of the overcharges and got a picture of the gas gauge showing that I returned the vehicle with the appropriate amount of gas. In general, I will use U-Haul again, but I will need to find a new location.
