I was charged extra for gas. I added gas before I returned it but was charged an extra $15. I brought it back with approx 3/8 of a tank. The dial is not exact and was slightly lower when I picked it up. I put in 6.3 gallons and drove about 80 miles. Seemed a little excessive but not a big deal.

Michael MWe were incorrectly charged for extra mileage that we did not drive. Apparently the people who used the uHaul before us entered a lower odometer reading (and did not provide a picture for proof), so we picked up the car and it told us we drove 50 miles instead of around 20 that we actually drove. Customer service has been a disaster - I've tried calling both the Pack N Ship and uHaul, both of which were not helpful or said they would get back to us about the issue and never did. Extremely unprofessional experience all around.
Sean GWhen I made my reservation, I specifically requested a dolly, to assist with moving some heavy items. When I picked up the truck, I was told that no dollies were available, because U-Haul didn't supply them to the store consistently. So, both my wife and I ended up straining our backs doing the move. Really frustrating!!!!!!!!!!
