Dropped off my truck and key, they told me I was good to go then they called me the next day asking when I was going to drop the truck off. I was then charged an additional day on my receipt even though I dropped the truck off on time the day before. I will be fighting this charge. These guys are amateurs.
Peter RThe back of the unit was filled with dry wall dust, scrap, and screws which was unfavorable since I was moving personal household items. I should not have to clean out the back of the truck. I asked for UHAUL boxes and it did not have any. They offered boxes from their mailbox/parcel business and their packing tape was expensive and not good. The tape would not keep the boxes closed.

GARY RDid the self return got the reciept walked the keys into the facility and told everything was taken care of. Then recieved multiple notifications/calls the following day looking for the vehicle that was returned the day before. Had to make multiple phone calls to finally get the error resolved.
