When I asked whether the vehicle had been sanitized in any way, the merchant said no, not at all. Given COVID19, that is unacceptable. Thankfully, I had wipes with me to handle everything.

Ordered a 9' cargo van, registered the driver info on the UHaul website and picked up the van with no wait. Returned it the same way and received my completed receipt by email immediately. A seamless experience and the most comfortable and clean UHaul vehicle I've ever rented. The seats were so comfortable, they made the long ride a pleasure.

This comment has nothing to do with Pack Ship n More Madison. UHAUL corporate really messed up my move as we had originally ordered a 15' truck for Northern NJ and received confirmation that we could pick up in Basking. Made all my plans around that. Two days before they move, they changed pickup location to Trenton NJ which is 2 hours away from my house and we could not get down there to pick up due to work. Therefore I had to get a 10' trailer from Madison NJ that did not fit all the goods we had to haul to Chicago for my son's new job. This caused a lot of undue stress, inefficiency and re-work as well as incremental cots to me by not being able to rely on my reservation which was made far in advance, I don't feel UHaul representatives from corporate cared nor did they try to come up with solutions. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

First time uhaul experience was spot on and a+. Very easy. The vehicle was in next to new condition, drove well and safely, and was exactly the right size for my needs. One note. I'm 6'2" and the seat didn't quite get far enough back for my liking.

Pack N Ship was fine. My issue is when I called U Haul customer service number for an access issue. I was on the phone for ALMOST 1 HOUR WAITING for someone to help me. Disgraceful.

Beware of the mileage charges! I was charged for an excessive amount of miles (note: I made a mistake by not checking the actual mileage on the truck before I drove away.). So, my ignorance cost me quite a few extra dollars. Additionally, while I was exhausted after two days of hard labor moving items, I was in no mood to go over every fine detail in the billing. Again, my mistake. Felt like I was in the middle of a three-card monte game!

My issue was with UHaul overall. I sent a note and no one responded. I had a poor experience that the location tried to mitigate. It was still unsatisfactory due to factors beyond this location's control.

Great service. The employee saw I could save almost $300 if I changed my drop off location by only 9 miles! I was very impressed that he put customer service over revenue. I likely would not have ever known that I could have saved $ if had hadn't told me

We reserved a truck online. When we arrived the keys were locked in the lock box and the manager had left with the lockbox keys. We waited at least an hour to find this out. We were the 1st customers of the day and Mike took a call and dealt with someone else on the phone while we waited for him to get our rental. He had no idea whether the truck was there or not, I will never use this UHaul location again unless I'm looking for a headache and more stress.

Interior of cab had left over wipes, wrappers, and a water bottle. There was no dolly in the back of my van, even though my reservation paid for one and confirmed my equipment was ready to go. Due to online check in, there wasn't anyone to talk to or help get it figured out.

The truck was not ready. I had to wait for the store employee to remove the blankets and the dolly from the back of the truck. The truck did not have a rear camera.

I was given a truck that needed a wheel alignment. However, I was given another truck and charged the same price. I am concerned that I was charged additional monies. I will have to contact their business to find out why I was charged extra.

When I got to the location the guy was incredible unpleasant. Then I had to explain to him my rental etc . He asked me for my license and card. Told me my card wasn't working then realized the system was apparently down. I waited about an hour to rent this U-Haul because the system was down. He tried my card over and over again and I asked him if I was going to get charged for all the time he was running the card and he said no it wouldn't get charged. I was paying movers per the hour. I had reserved it for 8 o clock then received a call it would only be available at 9:45. So then I had to change the movers for a different time. Loosing 1 in the process. Then I was stuck at this location trying to rent the truck for an hour. I have rented before and was amazed at how easy this process was, which is why I gravitated towards renting again. This location really disappointed me. Made the stressful experience of moving even more stressful. To then top it all off while I was moving he called me 7x with different numbers. I called back and he wanted to know what time I was dropping off. I explained I had already made a reservation with U-Haul and had said what time I would return. He then told me he needed me to leave the keys are a lock box he had instead of the regular uhaul drop box. That I needed to call him so he could give me the code for the drop box. I was so confused and annoyed. I had received multiple messages from U-Haul saying how I can rent the U-Haul without an in person rental then I'm inside the store handing over my CC and my License. Then I come to find out I was charged 3x so I called Uhaul to see what happened and that indeed my card was being charged everytime it used. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who explained to me that those charged would drop and then I would also get a refund because my actual total was 50 something and I got charged 80 something. She then gave me a reference id ( 2683480) document # 40102750 because a regional manager was suppose to give me a call about my incredibly disappointing experience and I heard nothing but crickets.
