The person who helped me register at the store was great--competent and knowledgeable. He even warmed up the van before I arrived in this freezing subzero temperatures.

Told incorrect information by employee. He told me it was fine to return by 6pm. I was charged double for returning a 6pm. I will never use nor reccomend again unless the double charge is reversed.

Inform people that you will put a hold on their card and not refund for up to 5 days. Also do not double charge

The customer service rep did not go through anything with me. She didn't show me how to adjust mirrors. She didn't show me how to unlock the door latch. She didn't go through what the buttons meant inside the truck, I had to figure that out on my own. Frustrating to say the least. In fact, she never even had me confirm the current mileage so I could not even confirm the starting mileage when I returned the equipment and paid the extra fee for exceeding the 164 miles.

The guy who was working at the Packers Avenue U-Haul was the picture of courtesy and efficiency, I regret that I didn't catch his name but he was working at noon on Saturday Nov 11. A wonderful employee that you need to retain. He is the type of individual that I seek to hire in my business, you have a good one there.

Uhaul changed the pick up location from initial reservation. They sent a reservation confirmation which had a different address from the initial reservation...if you are going to change the address, that needs to be more obvious then a standard notice...point out its an address change!

The rate was not reasonable.

The two men at the location were friendly, yet the front window was filthy and required three scrubbings to clean off all the bug residue and dirt on the outside and the inside required two cleanings to clean off the smoke residue; I pre-ordered the truck for a week to drive from Wisconsin to California and was given a truck without cruise control...for a trip of 2,150+ miles...now that shouldn't happen (I would've gone back for a different one, if I'd only noticed that before the truck was packed); forget about all the aerodynamic claims on the side of the truck (ours was a 15 footer), it's a truck, it sucks gas.
