I tried contacting them because I lost my job and need to combine my 2unis to one and they putan extra lock on andkept charging me for 2 annd because ino longer could afford it I LOST EVERYTHING I HAD LEFT OF MY DECEASED DAUGHTER'S INCLUDING HER ASHES!!! I AM HOMELESS SO EVERYTHING WAS THERE AND NOW THEY SOLD MY DAUGHTERS ASHES AND EVERY SINGLE THING I HAD LEFT OF HERS. ALSO EVERY SINGLE THING I OWN. I AM LOSING HER ALL OVER AGAIN AND I DONT EVEN HAVE HER ASHES PICTURES JORNALS OR THE LAST LETTER SHE WROTE US.

One complaint is that they charge you for a full month of storage, even if you only store your stuff for 1 day of that month. They do NOT prorate it. So if you store your stuff for 32 days, move out and return keys right away, you still get charge for two full months of storage.
