This is so messed up, my reservations were cancelled and then I remade them 3x. Your people are great, your IT not so much. Several times I had contact with U-Haul and then the next person I talked with said everything from the previous encounter was not true. Things were changed after I talked with a person, and before I checked back to verify.

When I could get in to the facility it was very clean and well lit. I’m very sad yall took away the little community space to exchange items.

One complaint is that they charge you for a full month of storage, even if you only store your stuff for 1 day of that month. They do NOT prorate it. So if you store your stuff for 32 days, move out and return keys right away, you still get charge for two full months of storage.

Chris A | Overall ExperienceSo I was being serviced and my son went to use the restroom. When he went to the restroom, I'm assuming that there was a torch left unattended by employees there. So my son lit some toilet paper on fire being a irresponsible 15 year old, so yes I feel i was responsible for that part but what I'm not gonna take responsibility for is the fact that the manager Kyle Baars tell me that he's not gonna hold his employees that's adults responsible for being irresponsible but would hold me responsible as a adult being a parent which is unfair. He told me that next time they'll have the police called and have me arrested for larceny which is wrong because for 1, it wasn't me and my child's scrims would cause me to have a consequence so why not hold his adult employees responsible for not following safety protocol. It could've been way worse. And the toilet nor the place of work was damaged it was just smoke from the fire from the tissue on the toilet seat at the bottom not the top that he was setting on fire. If they would've been responsible enough to have put that torch up then this incident wouldn't have occurred so they added 40$ to my storage bill plus late fees when I want only three days late due to waiting on a trappings from Kyle. He took 3 weeks to respond to me and then was very rude and not understanding. So I would never recommend this uhaul facility to anyone. This isn't my first problem at this place either
