My comment has nothing to do with the location I rented from, but rather the phone app. When returning the vehicle and checking it back in I liked the ease of use. But, the app crashed right when it said "just a few more steps" on my screen. When I reloaded the app it had completed my order and I couldn't get back to those next instructions, including where I was supposed to leave the keys for the vehicle. It was late at night and dark and I didn't want to put them in the wrong spot so I was forced to lock them in my rental and call the location office the next morning to explain. The app could have crashed for several different reasons, I just think the app should be able to resume where it left off. Thank you.

Improve how you handle picking up a truck using the app. After i got there to get the truck i rented over a month in advance they then tell me i need a passport or lease or reference (i used my sister but for some reason she wasnt good enough) or income verification. This information was not relayed to me until after i had already gotten to the lot to pick up my rental. I was not very happy. I will not use it again in thr future

I had a reservation from 7:30 AM on a Friday to 7 PM on a Saturday. This was a very specific time because there was a gap in our lease and we needed the truck overnight. The person said it was fine, and we had the truck until 7. So the day comes when we are using the truck to move in and they call me at 4 PM asking where the truck is. I say I have it until 7, and they say my reservation says 4 PM. I have a confirmation from uhaul saying I had it until 7. Someone must have double booked our truck and changed our reservation without letting us know. Will not be using this place again.

Worst experience and customer service. I rented a truck to pickup at Tugaway in Sun Prairie. When I go to the location to get the vehicle at noon it's closed and you get a hold of the person and they said that they've been closed for 27 days due to a fire. Maybe you should have your representatives know this before they rent out a truck to a place it's not even in service. Put my moving and movers behind 6 hours trying to find another location that had a truck available to rent that day. Then when I go to rent it at another location they don't tell me that to be the rate you have to return it to the same location. So that I'm charged double because it's only considered a one way. When I finally get my money back maybe you'll get a better rating. For all the hassle you would have thought your company would have compensated me the hassle and inconvenience. I had to pay an extra day to my landlord because of your companies poor service.

After I was assigned a rental unit for storage, upon opening my locker an alarm went off. Everything else was fine, and turning the rental truck in was a very seamless process. I will be using Uhaul again in the future.

The Warner Park location is far better in terms of service and facility in comparison to other Uhaul locations in the area. I was in and out quickly and the staff was very helpful.

Dropping the truck off was awful. We sat in the parking lot for a few minutes, unsure of what to do. Then I went inside to ask someone, only to find a completely empty store. I waited for about 5-10 minutes and no one ever showed up. Then I left the store and found two U-Haul employees just hanging out in the parking lot talking to each other. I walked up and asked them what I should do, and one of them said to just give him the keys and he'd take care of it. So I left the truck parked right in the middle of the parking lot, in everyone's way. The dropoff process could have been a lot smoother.
