The person was distracted by his phone while we were checking out but very nice and helpful. The person when I dropped off the trailer was very nice and polite. Good to see in this day and age. Thank you guys and good work. Also please don't pile so much stuff by the checkouts. It makes it look cluttered. Just an opinion.

I tried to use the app but thei cell phone signal in the area is terrible. If you need to do the app check in, pick a different location.

I ordered 12 additional furniture pads and was told they would be in the truck. They were not there when i got home and they were definitely needed. Because the movers were there I could not go back and get the pads. As a result 2 pueces of furniture were damaged enroute.

Very friendly and professional. Easy to pick up/drop off.

The staff was very efficient and helpful and made this stressful day much more manageable.

Took 50 minutes to return trailer. 10 waiting outside, and 40 waiting inside. Short staffed, yes we all are. Inefficient, not acceptable. Your processes need to be streamlined. You spend way too much screen time and waste way too much time trying to sell things to people they don't want.

The van brought to the front door was not the vehicle on the contract. The service rep had to go back in and redo the contract to reflect the vehicle they brought me.

Your reservation system sucks! I reserved a truck to be picked up in Madison, WI. When I printed out the expedited check-in form I noticed that it said Altamonte Springs, FL. I called your hotline, and a rude and nasty operator 'cancelled' that reservation and re-set up the correct one. The next morning I got a call from Florida asking if I was still coming to pick up the truck! This is the sort of story that gets passed on by word of mouth, and makes your company look really foolish.

Be more lenient with return policy. I returned the trailer within 30 minutes of return time for 1 day usage. There was a traffic backup necessitating a quick pit stop for gas. Was due back at 6:30 but got back just before 7:09. Should have only been charged for 1 day

I reserved a 5x8 trailer weeks in advance. I did the express check-in online. Went to pick up the trailer and find out that there was an issue with some of the lights. Since that was the only 5x8 they had, they offered to upgrade me to a 6x12 for free or I would have to go pick up a 5x8 at another location. Well it was about 715pm and I didn't have much time to go to another location. So, I opted to just take the 6x12 even though I didn't want or need the extra space. Ultimately, this cost me extra money in fuel to haul this bigger trailer around. The employee that I was working with at the store said that it came back earlier in the day and that's when they found the light issue. If this was known earlier in the day, why didn't someone from the store call or email me (which they have on file) and give me a heads up. I would've been more than happy to go another location to pick up a different 5x8 trailer. Also, why couldn't they have gone to a different location to get a 5x8 trailer that they could give me? What would they have done had my vehicle not been equipped to pull the 6x12 trailer? Anyways, I got the trailer to my house and went to load it. I opened the door and found a box full of empty soda cans and the trailer itself was very dirty which required to be swept out. All in all, very disappointing. I will admit, this was my first poor experience. I know of a few people that have had customer service issues from this same location. I'm contemplating purchasing my own trailer now instead of continuing to rent from Uhaul in the future.

There was cat hair on the passenger seat. Unable to complete my pick up online due to internet issues. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

Waiting in line at pickup and drop off a little longer than I would’ve liked.

Truck made some loud engine noises while driving. Worked perfectly fine but did make me a bit wary driving it. Service was very jungs and helpful. Very good experience.

It would be great if you talked to your customers when there is a problem instead of standing there not saying anything, steaming on the inside because of a bad day or things not working and then using your power as a manager to make someone feel like they have no choice because they need to rent a truck. I can't really say you're actually being rude and I'm not going to give you my business because I don't have many options and your manager made that very clear by there sharp statements made during the transaction.

I wanted the truck all day. When I talked to someone on the phone they sounded like I could have all day. When t got there I only could have the truck for 3 hours. That wasn't enough time to move my house hold.

I wasn’t allowed to rent a trailer, then I was misquoted in price, then I was threatened to have the police called on me for asking for a manager. Old say it was pretty bad. The situation has been escalated to my knowledge, I am awaiting a follow up contact. Horrible. I will go out of my way and pay more to use other companies. No problem, and I will try to persuade as many others of the same. Shop local!

Our experience was great! Everything went smoothly, which is rare these days. We happened to mention to the counter rep that we needed boxes for our move and were so happy to be given some free used ones.

Not a thing cause you were amazing

Make sure there is someone covering the registers. I had to come back and get a different dolly and waited quite a while because no one was manning the counter.

Service here is very slow. Weather it is calling with a question or picking up a truck/trailer. I loath having to get there and wait in line, and then take a significant amount of time to get the trailer. All should be able to be done over the phone or on line. Someone can meet you outside and your on ur way. I frequently have two or more of my young kids with me and I would rent trailers far more often if it didn’t involve getting everyone out of the car to pick it up and drop it off.

I could not check the vehicle in online (the website wouldn't let me--it just kept reloading to the prior page after I entered my information) when I dropped it off after hours.

The gentleman who took our return, he wasn’t very friendly. We have never rented a U-Haul before so we didn’t know how it worked and he kept his head down and didn’t say anything to us until I asked him questions. Was not impressed with him but everyone else was friendly and helpful

The last two times I rented, I waited a long time for someone to wait on me. On Saturday, I waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. A couple of weeks ago, I waited about 30 minutes, with 5 people in front of me, while only one person was at the counter. I finally just left and found another way to move my goods.

The only thing that is tough is the signage $39/day for rental and then getting a bill for $270--it feels a bit misleading.

Check in and check out was extremely frustrating and time consuming. Trailer had two tail lights burned out, which added to delay.
