I would rather comment that the entire location provided exceptional service for the entire rental process. Pickup staff had my best interests in mind as they worked through the details of the order and the drop off staff was very courteous. The truck itself was poorly maintained and made â€œclunkingâ€ noises while driving. There were no straps to rent, and none were included in the truck. Finally, the location itself was not safe for COVID. The service desks were in a dead-end pathway, such that after talking to the staff member, you had to walk past every other person in line. Multiple staff members, including ones handling the trucks and talking to us in the parking lot,, wore their masks on their chin only, exposing their mouth and nose.MEGAN A.
Let customer know where to drop the Keys after hours when closed. What time they close. I rented a cargo Van Uhaul. At that time i didn't know what time they closed when I rented the Van. It was 5 hours before they closed. Never was told where drop box keys was. And what time they closed. I was lost at the Uhaul parking lot. I left the Van parked with keys left inside the Van. There was on gentleman that was very helpful another gentleman was very rude and he didnt seem to want to do his job.we were not informed of the milage fee staying the same no matter the day we tried 2 to 3 times to pay on bill they wouldnt take the money my card got screwed up in the system my wifes card didnt work either the rude one almost demanded we bring diffrent card oh and before all that when we first got there to pay on bill and they looked me up he rudley said we were lucky we stopped in because they were about to report it stollen and we had called in everyday we needed extra time.plus wouldnt let us pay on the bill so by not letting us pay on bill because card didnt work we ended up spending more on gas milage then was needed im very discusted with the lack of information attitude by the employee threat of arrest me and my wife are both disabled and suffer from severe stress and anxiety and depression this experience has just made me and my wifes stress level increase i feel cheated and was treated rudely im seriously thinking of consulting a attorney for the mental stress this has caused us we live on a fixed income and that bill was outrageous your employees need better training and customers need to be more informed of what you will be billed and them refusing to let me pay on the bill was just wrong i will be calling corprate office on mondayPaul P.
I was quoted by three different people and told those individual the exact same story and was quoted three different prices which I'm not sure how that's capable. There should be some way to rent a truck for a shorter time period than a full day. I paid for a 10' truck for the price for one day even though I only used it for an hour. The price I paid was still relatively reasonable, but it is frustrating to have to pay the full $19.95 when you have the truck for a fraction of the time.MEGAN C.

I was told the gas gage was not accurate on the uhaul I rented and that I needed to fill it up before returning. I only put 10 miles on the uhaul and had to put $20 worth of gas in. In my opinion, this is unfair.MEGAN C.
Your person-to-person experience is top notch. Your website and on-line reservation/check-in is atrocious. Will never use it again. And the frustration apparent on your employee's face tells me this isn't the first time this has occurred. There is nothing straightforward or intuitive about it. If it wasn't for your employees, I'd take my business to another rental company. Don't underestimate my opinion of your on-line presence. It's as bad as it gets.ROBERT G.
